Stakeholder Readiness Briefing
A report that nobody reads in the meeting might as well be a folder on a shared drive.
The briefing is for rooms that already have a Deploy Canvas Base report, or a comparable packet we have agreed to use. It is not a replacement for the assessment itself.
We run the hour so that support and operations speak before engineering restates the test summary. That order is intentional. Launch-week pain usually lives with the people who answer the first tickets.
Kuala Lumpur sessions can be held at Taman Supreme. Remote sessions follow Malaysia time unless the release owner is in another zone and we agree a slot in writing.
Who it is for
Release owners who need the report heard, not merely circulated.
What you leave with
A facilitated hour in which blockers, limitations, and unanswered questions are read aloud and assigned.
Preparation
Circulate the report 24 hours before the session. Do not surprise attendees with a new build the same morning.
Constraints
We facilitate; we do not vote. If the room has no one who can halt a rollout, say so before we book the hour.
Included
- A briefing agenda mapped to the report sections
- Facilitation of one 60-minute session
- A one-page decision record of what the room agreed
Not included
- A second full assessment
- Briefings for press or customers
- Unlimited follow-up meetings
How this assessment is delivered
Map the room
You tell us who will attend and what they are allowed to decide. We cut the agenda to that authority.
Brief
We walk blockers first, then limitations, then unanswered questions. We keep crash charts in an appendix unless someone asks.
Decision record
Before the hour ends, ship, hold, or defer is written down with owners.
