Terms of engagement
These terms apply when you request, book, or receive deployment-readiness reporting from Deploy Canvas Base (“we”, “us”). By sending a scoping note, paying a booking amount, or accepting a report, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not book the work.
Who we are
Deploy Canvas Base provides written assessments of app release readiness from our office at 1 6 Jln 2/98 Taman Supreme,Kuala Lumpur,Wilayah Persekutuan,56100,Malaysia. Contact: +60391319160 and info@deploycanvasbase.digital.
The service
We produce written reports, gate notes, cadence audits, and briefings as described on this site. We do not operate your store listing, run your production deploy, write your test cases, or stand on-call after launch. A report is advice for your go/no-go meeting. It is not a certification, a guarantee that the version will be accepted by a store, or a substitute for your own quality checks.
Booking and freeze dates
A booking is confirmed when we accept the scope in writing and the booking amount is received. Freeze dates you name are your dates. If the packet arrives late, we may narrow the report, move the walkthrough, or recommend a hotfix gate instead. We are not liable for a missed store slot that you control.
Your materials
You warrant that you have the right to share crash extracts, notes, rotas, and listing copy with us. You remain responsible for redacting personal data you do not wish us to see. We will treat materials as confidential and use them only to perform the assessment, unless the law requires otherwise.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of the materials you send. We keep ownership of our methods, templates, and interview questions. Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the issued report inside your organisation, including sharing it with a store reviewer or an enterprise admin who needs it for that version. You may not resell the report, publish it as if it were your own assessment practice, or use our name to imply we signed the release.
Liability
We write with care. We do not accept liability for lost revenue, store rejection, incident costs, or reputational harm arising from a decision you take after reading a report. Our total liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, except where Malaysian law does not allow that limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Independence
We may refuse or end an engagement if we cannot obtain the evidence needed for an honest recommendation, or if you ask us to remove a finding that remains factually correct.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Kuala Lumpur have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable rights you have as a consumer under Malaysian law.
Changes
We may update these terms for future bookings. The version that applies is the one on this page when you pay the booking amount, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
